ECT/LK-01/03 NUBRA TREK

Day 01	LEH-SAKTI-CHUMCHAR	Morning drive to Sakti than trek start to Chumchar. Overnight at Camp.
Day 02	CHUMCHAR- WARI-LA JUNGLEY	Trek from Chumchar to jungley via Wari-La pass. Overnight at Camp.
Day 03	JUNGLEY-TEAGEAR	Trek from Jungley to Teagear. Overnight at Camp.
Day 04	TEAGEAR-AMDI	Trek form Teagear to Amdi. Overnight at Camp.
Day 05	AMDI-AGYAM	Trek from Amdi to Agyam. Overnight at Camp.
Day 06	AGYAM-NYOMA-BAWO	Trek from Agyam to Nyoma bawo. Overnight at Camp.
Day 07	NYOMA BAWO-KHALSAR	Trek from Nyoma Bawo to Khalsar. Overnight at Camp.

ECT/LK-02/03 SHAM TREK (07 NIGHT 08 DAYS)

Day 01 TEMISGAM-HEMIS SHUKPACHAN

The trek to Hemis Shuk[achan crosses over two passes Rongtill-La (5000

Mts) And Maptak La (4800 mts). Hemis Shukpachan is a large village with

two Monasteries to be visited. Overnight at Camp.

Day 02 HEMIS SHUKPACHAN-YANGTHANG

An easy walk which crosses over a pass tso Mangchen-La (4600 mts).

Overnight at Camp.

Day 03 YANGTHANG-LIKIR

Today is a rest day or visit the Ridzong Gonpa the most peaceful and hidden

among the hills. Overnight at Camp.

Day 04 YANGTHANG-LIKIR

Easy walk to Likir village, cross a pass Chogotse-La (4200 mts) Likir is a big

village with a large monastery belonging to the yellow sect. Overnight at Camp.

Day 05 LIKIR-RAFTA

A long dry walk today, Rafta is a small place with only three families. Overnight

at Camp.

Day 06 RAFTA-UMILA

We cross a pass Madan-la (4100 mts) and decend to Umla a nice camping place. Overnight at Camp.

Day 07 UMLA-TAROO

An easy walk upto taroo village, we also cross a small pass. Taroo is a big village

of 70 families. Overnight at Camp.

Day 08 TAROO-PHYANG

An easy walk to Phyang village. Phyang is considered one of the important

Monastery in Ladak, from Phyang drive to Leh. Overnight at Hotel.

ECT/LK-03/03 LAMAYURU/CHILLING TREK

Day 01	LAMAYURU-WANLA	Morning Trek from Lamayuru to Wanla. Enroute visit Lamayuru Monastery via prikinti-La (3750m). Overnight Camp at Wanla.
Day 02	WANLA-HINJU	Trek from Wanla to Jinju (3800 m) Overnight at Camp.
Day 03	HINJU-KONGSKI-LA-BASE	Gradual climb to the base Kongski La base camp at 4400 mts. Overnight at Camp.
Day 04	BASE-SUMDA-PULLO	Trek across Kongski La. Overnight at Camp.
Day 05	SUMDA PULLO-DUN-DUN CHAN	Trek across Lanak La (4573 mts). Overnight at Camp.
Day 06	DUN-DUN CHAN-CHILLING	Steep climb (4830 mts) to Dun Dun chan. Beautiful views of Stock Kangri and Kangyatse from the pass. Overnight camp at Chilling on the bank of Zanskar river. Chiling is famous for black-smiths who make copper pots.

ECT/LK-04/03 HEMIS/RUPSHU TREK

Day 01 HEMIS-SHANG SUMDO

After breakfast visit Hemis Monastery the richest Gonpa of ladakh, from there

we start trek to Shang Sumdo, go down towards Martselang, then go up the

valley which is fairly narrow in place, then walk along river-bed as far as Shang

Sumdo. Overnight at Camp.

Day 02 SHANG SUMDO-KONGMARU-LA BASE

After breakfast again start for Kongmaru to la base. Take a path along the slops

through the red rock, then back down to the river. From Chu Skurmo the trek

leads into gorges to base of Kongmaru-la. Overnight at Camp.

Day 03 KONGMARU-LA BASE-LANGTHANG CHU

From camp, steep ascent as far as the Kongmaru-;a pass (5150 mts). From the

pass beautiful descent to the summer pasture of Namaling. From here pass the

ridge behind the camp site, go down into small valley then pass another ridge and

go along the rock as far as Konka Wangpo continue to Langthang Chu.

Overnight at Camp.

Day 04 LANGTHANG CHU-SARA

Go up this broad valley from camp, cross a large stream and a moraintic wall,

carry on until the valley divides. Taks right hand valley as far as the top of

Zalong Karpo-La (5100 mts). Overnight at Camp.

Day 05 SARA-DAT

A little way beyond the last house go into wonderful woody gorge cross the Sara

River go up to the Dat river. This rivers flow into Zanskar river further on go into

Sara traverse valley. The valley becomes very broad. Several mani’s and Chorten

on the way. Overnight at Camp.

Day 06 DAT-LUNGMOCHE

From Dat go towards the valley dango you follow the trek upto Yar-La (4960

mts) Fantastic view from the passof Rupshu. Easy descent to the summer village

of Lungmoche. Overnight at Camp.

Day 07 LUNGMOCHE-LUN

From here go down along the river bank, follow this valley. The small village of

Sangtha and continue to Zakbu, nomads live in this area. Overnight at Camp.

Day 08 LUN-TAKH

From lun along the left bank for half as hour, then take a good which leaves the

River up to the left. You will come across a beautiful plateau and pass all the

Valley and cross Morang-la (5300 mts). The long descent towards Takh.

Overnight at Camp.

Day 09 TAKH

From Takh you can take Bus/Car to Leh or Manali.

ECT/LK-05/03 LAMAYURU-PADAM-DARCHA TREK (22 DAYS)

Day 01	DELHI-LEH	Arrival in Leh. Afternoon free. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 02	LEH	Full day visit to Shey, Thiksey, Hemis Monasteries. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 03	LEH-LAMAYURU	In the morning drive to Lamayuru. Enroute viist Alchi, Likir Monasteries. Overnight at Camp.
Day 04	LAMAYURU	The trek starts from Lamayuru. The monastery here is the oldest in ladakh has big libraryu of Buddhist literature from here trek over Prinkiti is (4090 m), aeasy climb and descend. Overnight at Camp.
Day 05	WALA-HANUPATTA	Gradual ascend to the Gaylop la (3900 M) Visit the small Gonpa. Overnight at Camp.
Day 06	HANUPATT-PHOTOKSAR	Trek through the pathys cut into the rocks to avoid difficult crossing, gradual climb Sirsir La. Overnight at Camp.
Day 07	PHOTOKSAR-YULCHUING	Wonderful landscae, gradual ascend to the Singi la pass, spectular views from the top of the pass. Overnight at Camp.
Day 08	YULCHUNG-LINGSHED	Trek from Yulchung to Linshed winds over the two minor passes, the netuke La, Khyupa La, with plenty of ups and Down. Overnight at Camp.
Day 09	LINGSHED-NYETSE	A gradyal 300 meter climb and descend over the alumal La Pass (500 M) spectacular views all around. Overnight at Camp.
Day 10	NYETSE-HANUMIL	Trek over the steep pass called Parfi La Pass. Overnight at Camp.
Day 11	HANUMIL-PISHU	Another level stage, with the trail frequently skirtin the Banks of the Zanskar. Overnight at Camp.
Day 12	PISHU-KARSHA	Trek from Pishu to Karsha. Good views of the valley from Karsha Monastery is the largest in Zanskar region. Overnight at Camp.
Day 13	KARSHA-SHILLA	Trek from Karsha to Shilla. Enroute visit Padum bazzar through the flat valley floor, padum belong to the Drupa Sect. Overnight at Camp.
Day 14	SHILLA-RARU	Trek from Shilla to Raru. Enroute visit the Boardan Gonpa and Mune Gonpa. Walk along with the Linghti Chu (river). Overnight at Camp.
Day 15	RARU-TSETANG	Trek from Raru to Tsetang. Walk along the west side of the River. Overnight at Camp.
Day 16	TSETANG-PURNE	Trek from Tsetang to purne. Afternoon visit to Phuktal Monastery. Overnight at Camp.
Day 17	PURNE-TESTA	Trek from Purne to Testa. The trail remains in the gorge for several km before ascending to a large fetile plateau that supports a number of prosperous whitewashed villages. Testa is the beautiful campsite off the main trail, close to the village. Overnight at Camp.
Day 18	TESTA-KARGYAK	Trek from Tseta to Kargyak. The trail is lined by substantial stone walls which protect the barley fields from straying pack animals, then crosses a bridge to the village of Tanze. Overnight at Camp.
Day 19	KARGYAK-SHINGOLA	Trek from Kargyak to Shingo la Base camp. Remain the same side of the valley as you continue up towards the impressive rock monolith known as Gumburanjan. Overnight at Camp.
Day 20	SHINGOLA-ZANSKAR SUMDO	Trek from Shingo la to Zanskar Sumdo. Trek through the narrow valley, magnificent views all around. Overnight at Camp.
Day 21	ZANSKAR SUMDO-PAL LAHAMO	Trek from Zanskar Sumdo to Pal Lahamo. Overnight at Camp.
Day 22	PAL LAHAMO-DARCHA	Trek from Pal lahamo to Darcha. Then drive to Manali. Overnight at Hotel.
