DAY 01: ARRIVAL DELHI
On arrival meet to our assistance, transfer to your pre-booked hotel near by the aiport. Overnight at hotel. 

DAY 02: DELHI-LEH (3520M)

Early morning transfer to Domestic airport to board one of the most spectacular Trans Himalayan flight to Leh. Welcome at Leh airport and transfer to hotel. Half day rest at hotel for high altitude acclimatisation. In the afternoon proceed to visit Sankar monastery, Shanti Stupa and a short walk of the Leh market. Overnight at hotel. 

DAY 03: LEH-ALCHI  3250M, 2 HRS DRIVE: 
Morning after breakfast proceed towards Alchi (68 km)from Leh. En-route visit Spituk Gompa and Basgo Palace. Upon arrival check in at hotel and enjoy hot meal. Post lunch visit the famous 1000 year old Alchi Gompa. Close by there is another small gompa with beautiful painting, Tsa Tsa puri. Overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 04: ALCHI - LAMAYURU (1 HRS DRIVE)- WANLA, 4 HRS TREK:
Morning after breakfast drive towards Lamayuru 76 km. En route visit Rizong Gompa (Monastery). On arrival visit the Lamayuru monastery dating back to 10th century. Later hike down the village and cross the stream, then gradually Climb along the mountainside and reach Pring kiti-La (3720m). Continue walk down through the Valley until you come to a motor-able road. Trek further along with the Shila River to reach Wanla. Visit the monastery, overnight in tent.

DAY 05: WANLA – HANUPATA 3770M, 4-5 HRS TREK: 
Morning after breakfast trek to reach Hanupata ( 3770 m). Today we walk along the road crossing the Fanjila village, cross the bridge and follow the road till you get to Sumda with a Stupa where three valley meets. From here walk up to reach Hanupata.over night in tents.

DAY 06: HANUPATA-SIRSIR-LA-PHOTOSKAR 4200M, 5-6 HRS TREK: 
Morning after breakfast trek to reach Photoksar (4200m) via Sirsir-la (4850m). Today the trail is a slow and steady ascend and to the last point to Sirsir-la, it is quite Steep. From the top you can view the range of Singela and Photoksar village. From the top you will follow a steep descend till the other base and then an easy walk down till the camp. Over night in the tent.

DAY 07: PHOTOKSAR - BUMITSELA- MARLING, 3900M. 6-7 HRS TREK: 
Morning after breakfast trek to reach Marling which is the first base to Singela. It will take 6-7 hours. The start of the trek is very beautiful as you will enjoy the beautiful Potoksar village. Just before Marling there is a seasonal river to cross. Overnight in tent.

DAY 08: MARLING - SINGELA (5050M) STAYANGS, 4100M, 6-7 HRS TREK: 
Morning after breakfast trek to reach the Stayang via crossing over the highest pass of this trek Singe la pass or Lion pass (5050m). The climb is easy, only the last moment is bit Steep. From the top follow a long slow descends to reach to the other base and then it is an easy walk to reach Stayang. Overnight in tent.

DAY 09: STAYANG - SKUPATA-LA-SKUPATA VILLAGE : 4150M, 5-6 HRS TREK: 
Morning after breakfast trek to reach Skupata village. The beginning trail is easy and scenic too. But from the Skupata la to the village it is exciting and difficult too. There is a Steep and long zig zag to follow. Overnight in tent near the village.

DAY 10: SKUPATA - LINGSHET 3960M, 6-7 HRS TREK: 
Morning after breakfast trek to reach Lingshet (3960m)From the camp you will follow a slow ascend to reach to Margon la (4250M), from where you can have the glimpse of Lingshet village and monastery.Overnight in tent near the monastery.

DAY 11: LINGSHET - HANUMALA BASE (3850M) 4-5 HRS TREK: 
Today is a short day trek. So you can spend sometime in attending the morning prayer at
the monastery. After an early lunch you can proceed to reach Hanuma-la base.

DAY 12: HANUMA-LA BASE-HANUMALA 4800M-ZINGCHAN DOKPO (3745M) 5-6 HRS TREK:
Early morning departure is recommended. From camp you start climbing and it is a steep ascend till the Hanumala pass(4700m) From the top to Zingchan it is a long ascend and you will enjoy a beautiful Canyon before Zingchan Dokpo. Overnight at tent.

DAY 13: ZINGCHAN KOKPO- PARFILA LA- HANAMUR 3750M, 5-6 HRS TREK: 
From the camp an early departure is recommended as the morning trail is steep. Reach the top in an hour. From there you can view Zanskar River. You will reach to Hanamur first village of Zanskar.

DAY 14: HANAMUR - ZANGLA 3600M, 5-6 HRS TREK: 
Morning after breakfast trek towards Zangla. Walk up to Pidmo village and cross the bridge
to towards Zangla left side of Znaskar River. The days walk will be all on a plan. Over night in tent at Zangla. Your trek ends here. Onward journey in Taxi.

DAY 15: ZANGLA NUNNERY- THONDGE MONASTERY-PADUM : 
Morning after breakfast visit Zangla Nunnery and Zangla palace. Drive to Thongde and visit Thongde monastery. Drive further towards Padum. Overnight in tent.

DAY 16: PADUM : 
Sight seeing around Padum. In the morning visit Karsha monastery and Chuchikjal Nunnery. On way back to Padum visit Guru temple at Pipiting. Back to camp for Lunch. In the afternoon visit Stakrimo monastery and Gyalwa Rignga near Padum. Overnight tent.

DAY 17: PADUM - KARGIL (230 km, 8-9 HRS DRIVE)
Early morning departure is recommended via Pensi la (4450m), en route visit Rangdum Monastery. Later enter the Suru Valley is the heartland of Kargil district. Kargil town, first southward for a length of about 75 kms up to the expanse around Panikhar. The valleys are especially picturesque in spring when they are the Sankoo-Panikhar tract is magnificent. The open valley adorned with undulating alpine meadows strewn with wild flowers, groves of poplars and willows are set against the majestic backdrop of the Himalayan peaks dusted with snow. The upper reaches of the Valley, particularly around the Sankoo bowl, the Panikhar expanse and the higher stretch beyond, present a spectacle of breathtaking features-majestic mountain ramparts crowned by snowcapped peaks, undulating alpine slopes draining into wild mountain streams of foaming cascades of pristine water, awesome glaciers descending along the Himalayan slopes to the river bed in riverine formation, quaint villages of adobe houses straggling dry hillocks surrounded by large tracts of lush crops downward and patches of alpine pastures uphill.  At Thangbu, a little village, the traveller gets a first glimpse of the spectacular Nun - Kun massif. Panikhar 12-km beyond this is the base for treks to Kashmir and Kishtwar. The road goes past the glaciers of the Nun - Kun massif to ascend from Rangdum set in wild and beautiful surroundings. On arrival at Kargil, check in hotel.

DAY 18: KARGIL-ULEY TOPKPO (175KM) 5 HRS DRIVE: 
Early in the morning leave to Uley Topko, en route visit Mulbek monastery. On arrival at Uley Topko check in hotel or resort.

DAY 19: ULEY TOPKO-LEH  (80KM/ 3 HRS DRIVE) 
Morning drive to Leh, on arrival check in hotel, rest of the time leisure for individual activities. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 20: LEH-DELHI 
Early in the morning take flight to Delhi, upon arrival meet to our representative, transfer to hotel, rest of the time visit New Delhi as Qutab Minar, Humayun's tomb and Laxmi Narayan Temple.

DAY 21: DELHI DEPARTURE : 
In time dep. transfer to onward destination.

It has over 4000 members covering all segments of Tourism Industry. Established in 1982, IATO today has international acceptance, and linkages. Travel Agents Association of India Indian Mountaineering Foundation (IMF) as an apex national body, has the objective of organising, supporting and providing a base for expeditions for mountaineering, skiing, rock climbing, trekking at high altitudes. Foreigners can climb mountain peaks in India after obtaining the required clearances.
